June 21 Haiku

The sea trailed
foamy fingers down the beach
tossing small curls.

Wow, that water is beautiful.

I'm so jealous! We have only 14 days until we make the 14 hour trek to the beach for a week of heaven! We've been talking about it since we were there last year. My children are about to just burst. There is just something about the beach.

Wonderful, wonderful! There's nothing like the beach...

Gorgeous photos. Your haiku reminds me of an e.e. cummings line: nobody not even the rain has such small hands....

Breathtaking photo of the ocean. Beautiful curls. A wonderful poem.

I like the foamy fingers but not nearly as much as I'd like to run straight into that water. Maybe if the sun could be shining too, that'd be nice.

I do't normally like personification of water but that tossing small curls is lovely and clever.
